Musinsa completed the acquisition of StyleShare and 29cm for $265m.

Musinsa, a developer of an online e-commerce fashion platform, completed the acquisition of StyleShare, an operator of an application-based fashion discovery platform, and 29cm for $265m. The three platforms will continue to be managed independently, but adopt an integrated strategy to accelerate growth using Musinsa’s infrastructure; the firm is expected to invest in fulfilment centres and logistics systems.
