Salsify to acquire Alkemics.

Salsify, an e-commerce software company, agreed to acquire Alkemics, a platform that helps retailers and brands to collaborate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition enables us to be even more valuable to customers on their digital transformation journeys by providing them with a platform that is collaborative, open, and interoperable.
