Müller Steinag completed the acquisition of Creabeton Matériaux from Vicat Group.

Müller Steinag completed the acquisition of Creabeton Matériaux, a company specializing in the prefabrication of concrete products, from Vicat Group, a company engaged in manufacturing of cement, concrete & aggregates. Financial terns were not disclosed. With this acquisition, the Müller Steinag will be able to strengthen its positions in prefabrication, at the heart of its activity, and to access new markets. Creabeton Matériaux will, for its part, be able to rely on a leader with critical mass in a highly competitive sector and have the necessary means to successfully pursue its development.
