FCDE completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Didactic from a group of vendors.

FCDE, an asset management company, completed its acquisition of a majority stake in Didactic from a group of vendors which included NCI, Turenne Capital Partenaires, Amundi PEF and Credit Mutuel Equity. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The management team is proud of Didactic’s achievements to date. We have strengthened our organization in order to be in a position to accelerate the Group’s development. It is therefore a new chapter of Didactic’s journey which we will share with FCDE.
