Novatech Group completed the acquisition of Terrebonne patio door division of ENERGI Fenestration Solutions.

Novatech Group, a manufacturer of PVC windows and doors, completed the acquisition of Terrebonne patio door division of ENERGI Fenestration Solutions, a building materials manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome ENERGI’s patio doors team to the Novatech Group family.
