Michael McCullough, Jean Marois and Martin Boulanger completed the acquisition of the Laval plant of Energi Fenestration Solutions, a company providing extrusion and window system services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “My journey in leading Energi has been truly rewarding, and I am excited to see the business embark on a new journey.
