Hg Capital-backed IT Relations completed the acquisition of Cloud Teams and Maj Invest-backed Itadel.

Hg Capital-backed IT Relations, a Danish provider of IT outsourcing services, completed the acquisition of Cloud Teams, a consultancy within public cloud transformation, and Maj Invest-backed Itadel, an IT outsourcing company.
