NCI to acquire a majority stake in Laboratoires Herbolistique.

NCI, an investment company, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Laboratoires Herbolistique, a developer and producer of natural plant-based food supplements. Financial terms were not disclosed. The entry into the capital of NCI as a majority shareholder, alongside Bpifrance and Océan Participations, takes place on the occasion of the retirement of Jean-Marie Lechevin, co-founder of Laboratoires Herbolistique. “We are very happy that NCI is supporting us in this new phase of the company's development.
