Anaqua completed the acquisition of Actio IP from Acapo.

Anaqua, an intellectual property management technology provider, completed the acquisition of Actio IP, a IP management solutions company, from Acapo, an Intellectual Property consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Both companies share a deep commitment to leveraging technology to optimize the IP workflow process. We believe this combination will enhance the customer experience by pairing our existing payments business with another high-quality service that can be seamlessly-integrated with our software platforms and other offerings,” Christine Jennings, Anaqua President.
