Isatis Capital-backed Ailancy, a firm specialized in management and organizational advisory, completed the acquisition of Headlink Partners, a management consulting company, from Beijaflore, an operational consulting firm specialising in digital strategy. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This merger also creates the only advisory alternative to guarantee the sovereignty of French banking and insurance players," Ailancy.
