Anchor Equity completed the $550m investment in Kakao Japan.

Anchor Equity, an investment firm in Asia, completed the $550m investment in Kakao Japan, an applications software maker. The transaction was done through the issuance of new shares through a third-party allotment. This is the largest investment in content companies in Japan in 2021 so far.
