EOS Investors, a privately held real estate investment firm, agreed to acquire Ocean Suites Bethany Beach, Residence Inn and Holiday Inn Express Bethany Beach, two hotels in the Mid-Atlantic region. Financial terms were not disclosed. "EOS is excited to welcome two additional drive-to leisure properties to the portfolio while expanding its footprint in the Delaware beaches.
