High Street Insurance Partners to acquire The Elite Group.

High Street Insurance Partners, a full-service insurance brokerage, agreed to acquire The Elite Group, a Pennsylvania-based employee benefits broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company will continue to be led by Agency President, William Naylor. Naylor will work closely with HSIP Employee Benefits Segment Leader, Brian Hirko and will report to Scott Goodreau, Managing Partner & COO.
