Marlin Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Exegy and Insight Partners-backed Vela Trading.

Marlin Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Exegy, a provider of real-time market data and managed services, and Insight Partners-backed Vela Trading, a provider of data and execution technology software for global multi-asset electronic trading.
