Intermediate Capital-backed proALPHA, an ERP software provider for SMEs, completed the acquisition of CP Corporate Planning, a developer of management, planning, information and early-warning software sytem, from HANNOVER Finanz, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are happy to have won Corporate Planning for our portfolio as they leverage our transformation into an innovation platform," Eric Verniaut, proALPHA CEO.
