Synopsis

New Value, an investment company, agreed to acquire of EyeEm, a global marketplace for premium stock photography and professional photo & video productions, from Cipio Partners, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of the shareholding mainly will take place through the issuance of New Value shares in the context of a capital increase by way of contribution in kind.
