Triton-backed Unica completed the acquisition of Gerco Brandpreventie from Bolster Investment.

Triton-backed Unica, an independent provider of technical services, completed the acquisition of Gerco Brandpreventie, a company advising & installing systems to seal against fire & smoke, from Bolster Investment, a long-term investor specializing in minority interests. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The fire safety market is growing and more and more knowledge is required. It is therefore a logical step to join forces with Unica and further expand the range of services. I have always enjoyed working with Bolster.
