Mekari, an Indonesia-based SaaS platform for human resource and finance management, completed the acquisition of Qontak, a startup that provides Customer Relationship Management and omnichannel communications platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Qontak’s CRM and omnichannel communication solutions will provide an added value for their customers in increasing revenue, providing a better customer support experience, and increasing productivity of sales and support teams," Suwandi Soh, Mekari CEO.
