PM & Partners and Capital Dynamics completed the acquisition of Cosmelux.

PM & Partners, a private equity manager, and Capital Dynamics, an asset manager, completed the acquisition of Cosmelux, a provider of metalizing and finishing treatment services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Cosmelux is a resilient Italian business with an impressive customer base and a talented, dedicated staff.
