Amber Infrastructure completed the investment in Enery Development.

Amber Infrastructure, an international infrastructure investment manager, completed the investment in Enery Development, a renewable energy developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Enery represents a significant milestone for the Fund as it makes its first energy sector investment.
