Scotia Capital to acquire a 9.81% stake in Capstone Mining from Kores Canada for $176m.

Scotia Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a 9.81% stake in Capstone Mining, a general mining company, from Kores Canada, a mining & metals company, for $176m. Immediately following the closing of the Disposition, Kores Canada will not have beneficial ownership of, or control or direction over, any of Capstone's issued and outstanding Common Shares.
