Hipoges, a provider of asset management, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in Domus RS, a real estate agency, from Promotora Inmobiliaria Dodiven, a real estate company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Domus RS begins a new stage of growth and consolidation as one of the main players in the residential market with the help of Hipoges. This union will allow Hipoges and Domus RS to consolidate their position as a reference in the market and, together, extend the wide range of services provided to date, always aiming at meeting the needs of our clients and maximizing their investments and positions," Jorge Pérez-Curto, Domus RS CEO.
