Tentamus, a provider of laboratory services intended for the healthcare and food industries, completed the acquisition of Laboratorio Micro-Bios, a provider of microbiological research and analysis services for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, biotechnological, sanitary and chemical industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. Joining the group represents an opportunity for expansion. In particular, a close synergy with other laboratories of the group, which also specialize in the pharmaceutical sector.
