Amundi, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of The Reefer Group, the European group of custom-built refrigeration semi trailers, from Miura, a private equity firm, for £86m. “We are very satisfied with our journey with Miura for their continued support in our growth and team reinforcement that have set the pillars for the next phase.
