Livingbridge completed the acquisition of AJM Healthcare from Westbridge.

Livingbridge, a mid-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of AJM Healthcare, a provider of wheelchair services ("WCS") and approved repair services for >100,000 wheelchair users across 30 NHS CCGs and the MoD with 13 locations in England, from Westbridge. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction marks the first exit from the firm’s second fund and has been completed in little more than two and a half years after WestBridge supported the original management buyout of the company in September 2018.
