Gresham Technologies completed the acquisition of Electra Information Systems for $39m.

Gresham Technologies, a software services company providing real-time transaction control and enterprise data integrity solutions, completed the acquisition of Electra Information Systems, a provider of post-trade operations workflow solutions and services, for $39m. “Our shared vision, and the combination of the two firm’s people, technology and international network will accelerate our long-term growth and the achievement of our value creation strategy.
