NORD Holdings, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Innovations ON, a cloud provider, DI-ON.Solutions, a cloud-native app and software development specialist, and Cloudwuerdig, a innovative technologies supporter. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Public cloud technologies are an increasingly important component of the digitization strategy of medium-sized and enterprise customers. We are convinced that a clear focus on multi-public cloud anticipates customer demand.
