Ribbit Capital led a $300m Series E financing round in QuintoAndar.

Ribbit Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies, led a $300m Series E financing round in QuintoAndar, a developer of a real estate marketplace focused on rentals and sales. Additional investors include Kaszek Ventures, Dragoneer Investment Group, Maverik Ventures, LTS Investments, Alta Park Capital, SoftBank and Kevin Efrusy. Brazil’s QuintoAndar has seen impressive growth in recent years. São Paulo-based proptech has announced it has closed on $300m in a Series E round of funding that values it at an impressive $4bn.
