Digital Colony, a global investment firm focused on enabling the next generation of mobile and internet infrastructure, agreed to acquire a 7% stake in Helios Tower, is a UK-based telecommunications company from Millicom International-backed Millichom Holding, a provider of fixed and mobile telecommunications services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
