Albron to acquire Coffeecompany from JDE Peet's.

Albron, a catering services provider, agreed to acquire Coffeecompany, a coffee chain, from JDE Peet's, a coffee and tea company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Coffeecompany dreams of becoming the best coffee chain in the world and showing everyone that coffee can be so much more than just coffee. We are therefore delighted that Albron will further shape this ambition," Roland Deege, Coffeecompany General Manager.
