TSI Metals, an investment holding company, offered to acquire Dutech Holdings, a manufacturer of safes and semiconductor-related products. Financial terms were not disclosed. In its offer, TSI Metals also reserves the right to seek a voluntary delisting of Dutech. In addition, if it acquires at least 90% of Dutech's total shares, TSI Metals can also exercise the right to compulsorily acquire all the shares of the shareholders who have not accepted the offer.
