Stackpole completed the acquisition of E. Zimmermann.

Stackpole, a vertically integrated company that designs and manufactures highly engineered fluid power solutions and powder metal technologies, completed the acquisition of E. Zimmermann, a machining specialist for automotive differential housings. Financial terms were not disclosed. E. Zimmermann acts as a tier-2 supplier for well-known tier-1 automotive suppliers, that serve premium original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for the upper to premium and sports car segment. The company employs around 130 people and generated one in 2020. Annual turnover of €16.4m.
