MML to acquire Groupe GDI from Ciclad.

MML, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Groupe GDI, a provider of building insulation and energy renovation services, from Ciclad, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “GDI benefits from solid market drivers, and is the market leader in France, thanks to the quality of its products and services and its high reactivity.
