Dzeta Conseil and Arkea Capital completed the acquisition of Publi Impress Group.

Dzeta Conseil, a investment management company, and Arkea Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Publi Impress Group, a family business located in the Cholet region. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are convinced that Terre de Marins has significant growth potential, which will go through increased brand awareness nationally and through the digitalization of the model.
