Mzuri Holdings completed the acquisition of Vako.

Mzuri Holdings, a global luxury window coverings group, completed the acquisition of Vako, a manufacturer and distributor of window blind systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vako’s ethos for innovation and quality perfectly fits that of Mzuri’s. Their brand portfolio of window blind systems will enable Mzuri to evolve and expand globally.
