Broadridge Financial Solutions completed the acquisition of AdvisorStream.

Broadridge Financial Solutions, a global Fintech helping clients capitalize on what's next with communications, technology, data and intelligence solutions, completed the acquisition of AdvisorStream, an automated marketing platform that drives client engagement and builds business for advisors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “AdvisorStream’s platform provides the most effective means for advisors to engage, convert and nurture relationships by leveraging highly credible content across digital channels. The acquisition of AdvisorStream is the latest example of Broadridge growing our wealth management business by expanding our core offerings for clients,” Michael Alexander, Broadridge President of Wealth Management.
