TPG-backed Matrix Renewables, a global renewable energy platform, completed its acquisition of the Spain and Portugal portfolio of photovoltaic projects of Alten Renewable Energy, an independent power producer focused on photovoltaic solar energy. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These agreements will allow Matrix to become a relevant renewable energy platform in the Iberian Peninsula.
