SK Ecoplant to acquire Clenco from Macquarie for $192m.

SK Ecoplant, an eco-friendly ecosystem platform, agreed to acquire Clenco, a general and construction waste disposal company, from Macquarie, an asset management provider, for $192m. With the acquisition of Clenco, SK Ecoplant will be able to expand its eco-friendly business. The company declared that it would transform into an eco-friendly company and changed its name after 23 years. It plans to break away from the existing construction industry and become a leading environmental company in Asia.
