Cairngorm Capital-backed Grant & Stone completed the acquisition of Devondale Electrical Distributors.

Cairngorm Capital-backed Grant & Stone, a provider of building, plumbing and electrical products, completed the acquisition of Devondale Electrical Distributors, a distributor and supplier of electrical equipment.
