FAYAT, a construction group, completed the acquisition of Dulevo, a manufacturer of sweepers for commercial, industrial and urban cleaning, from 4D Global Energy-backed Rosehope, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very happy to welcome Dulevo into our Group.
