POET completed the acquisition of a biofuel business from Flint Hills Resources.

POET, a producer of ethanol and other biorefined products, completed the acquisition of a biofuel business from Flint Hills Resources, a refining and manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition will increase POET’s ability to bring even more high-quality, plant-based biofuels and bioproducts to the world—allowing us to have an even bigger impact on fighting climate change and cleaning our air,” Jeff Broin, POET Founder and CEO.
