Escalent, a human behavior and analytics advisory firm specializing in industries facing disruption and business transformation, completed the acquisition of Grail Insights, a strategic insights consultancy company helping clients seize opportunities and respond decisively to market change, from NewQuest Capital Partners, a private equity firm.
