BE-terna, a company providing modern business software solutions, agreed to acquire heldendaten, a company specialised in the sale and implementation of Qlik business intelligence solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "By incorporating heldendaten, we are significantly strengthening our position in the data analytics market, particularly in the DACH region.
