SGS completed the acquisition of Metair Lab.

SGS, a company operating in the testing, inspection, and certification industry, completed the acquisition of Metair Lab, a health and hygiene testing laboratory in France. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Metair Lab further consolidates SGS’s market leading position in health & hygiene testing in France.
