Prosero Security, a Swedish security company, completed the acquisition of Södra vägens Låsservice, a well-known company with wide-ranging competence in security solutions, focusing on locks, access control systems, door automation, storage solutions for valuables, and service. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re very happy to be a part of Prosero. I made enquiries in the industry before deciding to sell, and received only positive feedback from colleagues who had joined Prosero earlier.
