Interpump to acquire White Drive Motors & Steering from Danfoss for €270m.

Interpump, an Italian company specialized in the production of high and very high pressure water pumps, agreed to acquire White Drive Motors & Steering, a global producer of orbital motors and hydraulic steering units for mobile applications, from Danfoss, a provider of mobile hydraulics for the construction, agriculture and other off-highway vehicle markets, for €270m. "This acquisition, the most significant in Interpump’s history, will expand our product offering to include orbital motors and steering systems, reinforcing our role as a global player in hydraulics," Fulvio Montipò, Interpump Group Chairman.
