Sun Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Century Distribution Systems.

Sun Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on defensible businesses in growing markets with tangible performance improvement opportunities, completed the acquisition of Century Distribution Systems, which engages in freight consolidation, internet based supply chain management, and warehousing and distribution. Financial terms were not disclosed.
