Gilde Equity Management, a private equity firm, offered to acquire DPA Group, a recruiting firm, for $95m. “The support we have received from our shareholders strengthens our confidence that the Offer reflects our value creation potential and we believe the Offer secures the longer-term interests of DPA, our employees and customers in the best possible way.
