PSG-backed Mapal Group completed the acquisition of Easilys.

Providence Strategic Growth Partners-backed Mapal Group, a European developer and provider of hospitality management software solutions, completed the acquisition of Easilys, a multi-site restaurant and kitchen management software provider based in France. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Welcoming Easilys to the MAPAL Group family is very exciting, as we believe it represents one of the missing pieces of our puzzle in offering a full-suite of management tools to the hospitality sector.
