Montefiore Investment to invest €50m in Federation Entertainment.

Montefiore Investment, a private equity firm, agreed to invest €50m ($60m) in Federation Entertainment, a creator, producer and distributor of global high-quality original television programming in drama, kids and family. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With Zencap, we had already managed to raise a very large amount of debt in the middle of the first confinement. With this new round of financing, we are now ready to strengthen our position as a leader in the production of shows for streaming platforms with Montefiore," Pascal Breton, Federation Entertainment CEO.
